I was nominated by Carly for this cool quote challenge which I appreciate very much. Thank you, dear Carly 🙂
I like this quote very much as it includes our responsibility and own contribution as well as own development to make a step forward to help the world become better. We cannot just push off this responsibility to others, but have to bear it on our own shoulders. Also Gandhi said: “Be the change that you wish to see in the world!” Usually we tend to blame others for our shortcomings or seek for a victim to put the blame on – so isn’t it time to see our own shortcomings, to be aware of them and weed them out – one by one? If we criticize ourselves with the same passion we do with others, then…
Thanks, my friends 🙂

I nominate:
Thought-provoking quote. I don’t know too much at about Sant Kirpal Singh but he seems like an established and well-rounded person of faith. 🙂
This quote by him is spot-on. It reminds me of what Jesus said in Matthew 7:3. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?” We have to clearly look at ourselves before we look elsewhere. 🙂

Thanks, dear Carly
Here you can read a brief life sketch of Sant Kirpal Singh, He was and is a famous Guru/Master.

This short Quote came from Sant Kirpal Singh and the brief text in connection with this quote was written down by me.
Good example by Jesus Christ. Indeed, if we point at our own nose, we will not find time anymore to find mistakes in others – as we are full of them too.
Thanks, my friend 🙂
Have a nice afternoon

Wow, I love his idea of unity. I see where you get it from. 🙂
Yes, I believe you be judged by the extent you judge someone else you know? Call it karma. I consider it to be the way God orchestrated a way for there to be harmony amongst peoples.

Thanks dear Carly,
Everything is a matter of self-realization, means: “Man know thyself” – this is called spirituality. And the funny thing is that we think that we know ourselves – but surely this is not the case – if we start digging in ourselves we will find so many things which we did not know. Our mind controls us: thats why we react sometimes emotionally, get angry, are full of hate against others or situations and start to understand our own mind, how it works, how it deceives us many times without getting to know it ourselves, how it manipulates us: We usually do not scrutinize ourselves why we do this or that, we do not take care of our motives behind. So we often make a show or want to have some acknowledgement. It is said: Mind is a good servant but a bad Master – and as long our mind is in control of our soul we are dragged with our attention here and there. All this cannot be told in a few words – if you are interested in spirituality, then I recommend to look around in this link given to you.
and my Master has written many books which are spiritual diamonds. This link shows you the books in pdf-format – and all are free to read.

Harmony and peace can be developed within. Therefore we need to understand ourselves, the functioning of our mind. Then step by step we become more conscious of ourselves and receive a deeper understanding of ourselves.
So thank you very much, dear Carly for your attention and participation in this matter 🙂
All good wishes
