Ocean of life

Life is too short
To waste time

So let us make
The best use of it

To cross the Ocean of Life…

  1. I realized this in December when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize my son’s year and a half old kitten because his bladder ruptured and it could not be repaired. Back in October my whole family had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our 17 year old family nanny because he had such bad arthritis in his hind legs that he couldn’t walk, he lost control of his bladder, he was in excruciating pain, and he stopped eating. Going through both of those really affected me. Yes I am aware that they are animals but they were and still are family to me. They mean just as much to me as my own children. It just showed me that whether you are an old man or a baby kitten, death is inevitable and we don’t get to choose when it happens. We need to live our life to the fullest while we still have the ability too. We shouldn’t take anything for granted or keep pushing things back for the infamous β€œtomorrow” that never comes. Life your life today before it’s too late.
