Anshu has made a very nice egg-less marble cake and as I am a lacto-vegetarian I wanted to try her easy recipe too. I think I managed quite well.

Thank you, dear Tanvir – yes sometimes I even bake a cake, but usually I cook at home, because during my study time to become translator and familar with some languages, I was working in a restaurant, when I was a student for some time and so I could learn a lot. Now I know many vegetarian dishes as I am a veggie 🙂
