Old and New

We usually accept familar things
Something unknown requires our openness

Conclusion: we hold on to traditional things
Thereby often reject new ideas
Especially when they are in conflict
With our old adopted habits…

Corruptible

How many lies are spread
Just to save one’ s own skin?

How much truth is covered up
For money and power?

How many fakes go across the table
Selling out honour and honesty?

How much cowardice is behind every lie
Just not losing benefits?

How much courage does it take
To free yourself from dependencies?

Questions for people and politics
Exchanging their credibility against egoistic advantages…

Spreading violence

The more we deal with violence,
Through movies, games, media
The more it influences us…
Is passed on:
In thoughts, words, and deeds

A virus of our mind…

Food of our Senses

People are equipped with antennas
These are oriented to the outside
They connect to objects
Suction of information

We connect in seeing
In hearing and feeling
In tasting and touching
Ready to eat information

Millions of pieces of information flow
Want to be processed, digested
They land in the catch basin of our mind
Influence our thinking

Splitting, analysis takes place
Memories of good and bad
What is repeated, what is avoided
Data streams that move us

Senses control the mind
Garnishing it with information
The mind in turn controls us
Shackles us with habits and attachments

Do we have an antenna
That leads us inside?
