Rainbow stretched
From yesterday to tomorrow
With heavy rain falling
Accompanied by thunder
Lightning in the air
Creating fear
Leaving man in panic
Who dreams of old days
Seeking refuge

Dark clouds move
Threaten, cover-up
Obfuscate everyday life
Leave the streets deserted
Man looking for shelters
While storms whip across
With cracking lightning here and there

Time rides carousel
Hurls uncertainty
Waves of fear
Changing the world
Uproots trees
Which were still standing yesterday
Man in search of stability

A silver lining at the horizon
Gives us hope, lets us breathe
Sunlight peeks
Through bizarre clouds
Revealing a rainbow
Through the time
That sprays its gold at the end
