Our biggest problem

Our biggest problem:
We are not true
To ourselves
Then how can we be true
To others?
Let alone to God?

Let us be certain:
Our mind tries
To stand always in between

Let us understand
How this mind works…

It is like a snake:
When we think we caught it
It slips through our fingers
And bites us again…

Honesty is one
Of our strongest weapon

However, it needs to enter our consciousness…

Allow me to take a different view. There is indeed a distinction within self-love: when it is under the umbrella of divine love, we love everyone and everything, including ourselves. Thus, love for God then comes first because He created everything, all creatures in which He Himself dwells. Thus, we are all a drop of this divine ocean and are all connected to each other. However, if self-love comes first, it cannot at the same time take into account all other creatures, (this then sounds like: “America comes first” – there then lurks the great danger of egoistic love, which in truth is not even a love – then our ego speaks out of ourselves, it loves itself before all others. Conversely: If we love God first, all creatures have a place in it, including ourselves.

I hope I was able to make this difference clear.

We must also ask ourselves at this point whether we accept something just because the general public thinks so, because many think so. Truth has quality, it is not expressed by quantity.

      Thank you for your contribution.
All the best, my friend 🙂

There are indeed many ways in which we cloud our consciousness or even deceive ourselves. Let’s take a lie, for example. In the beginning there is the lie, which has to be consolidated by many more lies. We repeat it often enough until we are convinced that it is the truth, we then believe it. In this way, our honesty before ourselves slowly becomes clouded. Therefore, it is important that we have to deal with the motives and intentions already in our thoughts: are they true or do they only serve a purpose for example to gain some advantage. This is where the real journey begins within ourselves, to recognize ourselves, why we think, do and talk in such and such a way. With this self-criticism, we can uncover many inner secrets and adopt a different perspective, a different point of view, which shapes us into an honest person.

Hugs and love, my friend 🙂
