    • Dear friend,

      Our mind is in a state of separation, a break of time and space, if duality would not be there, we could not even find opposites like day and night, life and death – this all would then be one. so we experience everything from the view of separation, even our senses are obviously divided, to see divided, to experience divided, or see things in opposites . a drop of water for example feels also separated from the water and we are like drops of the ocean, but are all ONE – no borders – those separating borders our mind creates… I hope I could transfer the idea of it.

    Good and bad
    Happy and sad
    But don’t forsake the good
    For what you never had

    Life is duality
    You have to choose a side
    You may think you are on ride
    But put the brakes on
    And take a few breaths inside

    • Thank you very much, dear Carly, for your poem written as an answer to my poem. Indeed we should never forsake the Good and should become cristal clear, with a pure heart. It is a migration through duality, maya, illusion. God plays this game with Himself as nothing else than God exists, in fact only the Ocean exists, the whole – and we do not exit as separated drops as the drop cannot be separated from the ocean. God is the stage, the onlooker and the actor at the same time…
