  1. You are so right dear Didi!
Everything in the Universe is made up of energy, and now the new Quantum Physics has come to understand this ancient wisdom, that all that seems solid, is just energy vibrating, and In reality, the atoms that form objects and substances that we call solids are actually made up of 99.99999% space. Solid matter does not exist in the universe. Atoms are not solid, they have different subatomic particles inside them like protons, neutrons, and electrons.
So since everything is made of atoms, everything is energy! This is the wisdom of the ancients when they said that this physical world is Maya, or an illusion.
And our thoughts can also be such creative energy, which makes us realize how important it is to be “mindful” of our thoughts.
Thank you dear friend for bringing so much wisdom through your poems!
Sending much love and light your way,
    Amira 🙂

    • Thank you very much, my dear Amira 🙂
Indeed, all matter is in fact energy that is vibrating in a certain frequence – the thing that we see things, are aware of matter as a solid form is because we have the same frequency, the same speed – when do trains go side by side with a the same speed, and people look from one train to the other then everything has a stillstand for them, the train seems not to move then. so even our senses are subject to this speed of frequency as same recognizes same…

Thank you very much for your profound comment, dear friend Amira 🙂
      Love and light to you
