Welcome to my spiritual art blog
Kirpal Sagar – translated: Ocean of Grace
A place for the whole mankind, where all world-religions are peacefully under one roof.

My Master used to say: “Be Good, Do Good and Be One” – with these practical attributes we can live our life in service to man, in service to our soul and in service to God.

About myself:
First and foremost I am highly interested in spirituality, in the discovery who we are, where we come from and where we have to go – it is an inner journey to dig out all the treasures which is hidden in a human mind and heart. With honesty towards ourselves, towards others and towards God, it is a helping tool to find ourselves in the labyrinth of mind and outer world (just then, when we have lost ourselves). In this way I want to share with you experiences I have made during my life- in the sense of: “Man know thyself”
Digital art, writing poems, and creating videos I consider as suitable resources to share this “diamond”: spirituality on a mutual basis.
Since many years I have combined these three ways of art: video-creation, digital art, and poetry.
Dear visitor, feel free and comfortable to look around in my blog.
Thank you for your visit and attention.
In thankfulness to my Master Sant Kirpal Singh Ji and His Gurmukhs Dr. Harbhajan Singh and his wife Biji Surinder Kaur.

I really LOVE your site, and I am very much in tune with what you have written and shown in your art here. Beautiful site. I too am very much involved with spirituality, being an advocate, mentor and activist for those with physical, developmental, and emotional challenges and have been for many years.
I too am an artist – fiber art first (art quilts), urban art, interactive art (I create things with mysterious symbols and writing on them, and artful images, and then put them out in an area where they might be eventually found and people will try to interpret them – I love this idea). I am a published writer too of nonfiction (so far), poetry, and quotations. I have written two children’s stories, but have not published them as they need art and I might do the art for one of them.
So appreciate learning of you and I love all these wonderful things on your site. It is beautiful and definitely inspiring. Thank you kindly.

Thank you so very much for visiting my blog and so many likes. I am visiting yourso now and very keen on the spiritual nature of it. Going to follow you. My master is Mooji. I was following Yogananda and found that path too difficult though I think he is an avatar and live him. Thank you, thank you! Ellen

Dear Ellen,
Thank you very much for your comment.
In this path I am following I found my way which was also proven by my Master. He said: “Do not believe what the Master is telling you until you see yourself!” Means He gives a first-hand experience to His disciple, an experience that is not just given on the astral plane (but on the 5th plane, called Sach Khand, which is the plane in which no matter exists but pure spirit) We have so many typs of meditations and yogas and so it is also difficult for the searcher of the truth to find the right way. My Master wrote therefore one book: “The crown of life”
http://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/index.php/en/books-sant-kirpal-singh/crown-of-life.html
in which He describes the range of the most common yoga-types. He also wrote a book: “Mystery of death”
http://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/index.php/es/books-sant-kirpal-singh/the-mystery-of-death.html
in which He clearly writes where we have to go after our life has ended and also explains what exactly happens at the time of death. As it is impossible for me to write in a few words about the universal teaching that not only Sant Kirpal Singh Ji has taught, but also Jesus Christ, Maulana Rumi, Kabir, Baba Jaimal Singh, Baba Sawan Singh and many more (all of who are holy competent Saints in different times and even different religions)
Light and Sound penetrates the whole universum, the whole creation and the Bible speaks of it as: “If your eye is single then your whole body will be full of light…” The Third Eye or Single Eye is used as a term within Christianity and in other religions they have names like Shiv Netra, Divya Chakshu, Tisra Til, Brahmrendra.
If you are more interested in it, in Naam or the two-folded aspects of God’s creation, of the Light and Sound principle, then I would like to refer you to:
http://spirituality.unity-of-man.org/en/meditation/the-third-eye.html
We also see that light and sound have an important symbolic meaning: In Temples, Gurdwaras, Mosques, Synagoges and Churches candle-light is used and refers to the inner light. Bells and gongs are used with reference to our inner sound.
So it is a teaching in which whole mankind can find its place, not just for single religions (as human beings created the religions but God created man) and it is the most simple Yoga for old and young ones, called Surat Shabd Yoga (freely translated: the attention of the soul towards the divine light and sound or the connection of the soul with God within)
Sant Kirpal Singh was the first non-Christian honored with the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta for all His efforts to bring religions and people together.
Because of His respect for all religions and and His teaching that we are all one, He was elected President of the “World Fellowship of Religions”, an organization recognized by UNESCO.
His idea was to create a place for all mankind, for all religions being peacefully under one roof. So Kirpal Sagar came into being, a place of social help, helping the poor ones, a place where spirituality can be practically lived as a motto: “Man know thyself” – which allows us to dive deeply into our own mind and find all traps there which with the mind often tries to capture our attention and lead us astray. Sant Kirpal Singh said: “A time will come when millions of pilgrims from all over the world will go to Kirpal Sagar – time will show…” – as it already is a small paradies.
In Kirpal Sagar there were already 2 mayor world-conferences on “Unity of Man” (in 1994 and in 2007) and religious leader from the world-religions were standing peacefully together in harmony.
Dear friend be also careful when searching for truth and the right way – as there are 100000 of so-called masters or false prophets – do not believe until you have “seen” yourself as seeing is believing… and find out also the criteria of a competent Master and a so-called master.
Sorry, for this long text but anything less than that would not be appropriate.
Wishing you strength and courage on your further spiritual way, but always be cautious.

Thank you, my dear friend – there are still many people who believe in politics and that we could solve our problems of the world just with politics (however, we have seen already some thousand years the effects of politics – it has not changed yet). The change can only come from within, from ourselves and noone can do this job except we ourselves – to get to know ourselves and become a real human being and not the slave of our mind…

iN FACT SPIRITUALITY makes a huge difference in our daily life by changing our way of thinking and action thereof. The purpose is to cleanse our mind slate and seek for connectivity with our Creator sincerely. There may come some impediments in our path but these could be surmounted with personal belief and belief on the God. Thanks sharing a wonderful blog. Regards

So there is no place for me in your world and at this meeting-place, because I am secular and not a member of any religion. Not astonishing me but good to have clarified this again.
LikeLiked by 5 people
Sorry, my friend you are most certainly mistaken. All people are included, also atheists. By the way I used to be an atheist myself therefore I know what I speak and often atheists are even the better believers as they usally do not make a show. My best friend is an atheist too and still we have a very good understanding. I do not want to convince you to start to believe in God, this is not my task and also not possible. We all have to go along such ways were we are and experiences are not transferable. Everyone has to make his or her own decision, we are responsible for ourselves. So it is ok for me when you do not believe in God, for this reason I do not exclude you or do not like you – no, for me all human beings are important, no matter which kind of religious batch they wear, which nationality they come from, which skin colour they have.
So welcome my friend 🙂
All good wishes

This sounds better indeed but due to my Catholic education as a child and teenie I am quite sensible to certain matters. My father although was Protestant and even these 2 religions did not live in peace for long time. But I call myself secular because atheism references also to god but in a negative sense. But I prefer a positive view on the world as far as possible. Now, I need to stop because my wife is calling. Such is life. Cheers @ Ulli

Dear Ulli,
Me too had to go through certain things with Christian Religion and as a young man I did not understand much. I did not like the threat: if you do not do this or that then you will get to the hell. there were many things I did not understand. In the course of the years slowly slowly I became a believer again but then with another angle of view. Anyway I understand your point. Have a great time.

Don’t underestimate me I know Yoga, meditating , hypnotical trance even introduced to Reiki (1st degree), etc. However hypnotical trance is my great favourite because it does not require any specific belief so open for everyone. Even in the subway I can use hypnotical trance it for relaxing, quite practical.

Welcome, my dear friend Anne 🙂 Yes, often we find a huge gap between saying and doing and from sayings we can also see, if one has understood the essence of spirituality or not: A holy person once used to say: “The deepest knowledge lies in the fact of serving others…” – selfless service of course, without being proud of it, but in thankfulness that God has given us such opportunity…
Thank you, dear Anne 🙂

I am just wondering; when you speak of “God”, to whom or which are you referring?
LikeLiked by 4 people
Dear friend,
I would like to give you the answer what Sant Kirpal Singh has written in his book “Naam or Word”:
Quote:
The sages and the Saints have described God in innumerable terms, as for instance Swami or Soami, meaning Lord God; Nirala (peerless or without a compeer); Anami (the nameless); Har Rai, Agam or Alakh (the incomprehensible or the ineffable); Ram Rai or Sat Purush (the eternal Truth or unchangeable permanence); Ek Ankar (the one life breath or live principle); Puran Chetan Purush (complete consciousness); Akal (timeless or the deathless one).
All these are just attributive or qualitative names – names signifying one or another of God’s attributes. Such names simply describe any one aspect or facet of God as appealed foremost to someone’s individual liking. Thousands of such names appear in holy scriptures: Ram (all-pervading), Rahim (gracious or merciful), Girdhari (encompassing) , Murari, Allah, Khuda, Wah-i-Guru, and the like. The Jews call Him Yahweh or Jehovah. All these names are worthy of our adoration for each one of them tries to single out some aspect of the Beloved.
I revere each one of Thy names, O God!
GURU NANAK
End of quote.
So God is infact the Nameless, the Formless, the ONE, the Ocean of love, Consciousness and Life without any beginning and end while we are all a drop of this Ocean, not separated from this Ocean…
I hope this answer will satisfy you.
All good wishes
Didi

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question! I do not believe, whosever, if. I may say, that all the gods are the same.
The God of the Christians said, “I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life. No one comes to the Father except through ME.”
The god of the Muslims demands that all those who do not follow him to be killed. Woman are allowed to be abused in any way.
The god of the Hindus says that you have to earn and gain your way into heaven.
The god of the Catholics was used for power and greed. He says that you can sin and act however you like, until fasting time.
Jews and Christians almost believe in the same god, but not the messiah.
Other religions have more than one god or someone who is greater than ‘god’, when the Christian God said, “You shall not have any other gods besides me.”
Then there are those who believe god is a spaghetti monster in the sky…
Not all religions are the same; one of us has to be right. 🙂

Dear friend,
Thanks for letting me have your point of view. This subject is indeed a huge subject and cannot be cleared with few words and maybe cannot be cleared with words at all. I recommend to you to read some books of my Master Sant Kirpal Singh Ji as he has made a comparative study of the various religions. Sure is also that the religions have their mistakes too as history has shown and still shows. So we have to rise above the limitations that religions bear in themselves. Here some links:
https://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/images/pdf/KirpalSingh_MysteryofDeath.pdf
https://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/en/books-sant-kirpal-singh/spirituality-what-it-is/965-true-religion-is-universal-love-and-remembrance-of-god.html
https://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/images/pdf/KirpalSingh_WheelofLife.pdf
https://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/images/pdf/KirpalSingh_CrownOfLife.pdf
In case you are interested in further information about this huge subject, then I will provide you with more links and information.
We maybe should also learn that politically or even interllectually we cannot get a real answer – the answer lies in ourselves, which comes as an own experience as it is said: “Seeing is believing” There are many things we cannot explain or describe. In this connection Dr Harbhajan Singh said on the Vienna Conference on Human rights – that we cannot solve our problems politically, but spiritually. Spirituality means: “Man know thyself…” And here begins the ABC of understanding. As long as we find mistakes in others or other ideologies – how can we be aware of our own mistakes…?
Indeed, religions are not the same: God made man but man made religions – the problem is and was that they all claimed to be the only right religion – so in the name of God man has interpretated his religion, according to the time respectively and according to their own wishes and imaginations and commited many abuses. Through this errors and shortcoming have crept into the scriptures (also as the scriptures were many times translated losing thereby some of its real content).
Then we have Gods and Goddesses – but they are not the One, the Formless, the Nameless. God is One and is not separated from Himself as the Ocean is not separated from its single drops of water. The question remains: Why we are so fixed to names? If you have a white sheet of paper with your imagination everything there could be in (but is not visible) – as soon we draw a line in it – we limit it -this is the outer expression – same is with names, names separate themselves from each other, but do not describe the whole, are like fragments. We can see a single tree in the forest, but that tree is no longer the forest and when we take a drop of water from the Ocean, we have separated it then, then it is no longer merged, no longer the whole.
My Master said: Not necessary to dig new wells (religions) – each of us can stay in which religious environment he or she was born – important is that we develop us to a good Christian, or a good Sikh, Hindu, Buddhist, Moslem etc. And this is only possble when we understand our own mind, its thousands of tricks and motives with which it wants us to keep us in its clutches.
We may not forget that we all are the children of God as drops of the Ocean. Jesus Christ says: “Love thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, with all thy strength,” and he also says: “Love thy neighbour as thyself.” (and your neighbours are not just those people around you but all other people are our neighbours too (even when they come from different religions). God resides in every heart. And if we people in different religions start fighting who is wrong and who is right, banning people from our faith, excluding them as so-called non-believers, this is just a mere intellectual wrestling which leads exactly to those inter-religious conflicts we see in our world. The common denominator of all religions is love and understanding and on the level of man, we can find (as we are all born the same way and have also to leave the same way) this mutual understanding. Kirpal Sagar is a good example for it as all religions there are peacefully under one roof and during 2 World-Conferences representatives of all kind of religions have demonstrated such mutual peace and harmony without sinking back in right and wrong, in better and higher – we must understand: we are one mankind… we are all drops of the same Ocean…
There is only one true religion: this is the religion of love and love is the glue that connects us all in Him/Her/IT – we only have to live up to it… Let us no longer see the mistakes in others, but let us become aware of our own shortcomings and weed them out, one by one… God is this empty paper: All and Nothing…
All the best, dear friend

Hello Didi,
Thank you for taking the time to comment such a lengthy reply!
I do not agree with a lost of the things that you have said, but I will for sure check out the links that you sent. Thank you for those.
One question though, what scriptures do you speak of when you say they have been corrupted? There is more evidence for the Bible and it’s historical accuracy than what we have for Alexander the Great! (As well as others)
Yes, we can love, but we will fail, so we need something that will shows us the TRUE way to love. We each all have loud own definitions of love, so who is to say which is the right way? What if punching someone is that persons way of ‘loving’ them?
Yes, do not ban those outside of our religions, but that will not stop us from showing them what we all believe to be truth. If we see a brother/ sister, shall we not want to give them the truth? God loves everyone, but He cannot be in every heart unless we want and grasp Him.
How are we to each stay in our own religions if only one is the truth? We must find the real truth, and what is really going to happen to us and what we are supposed to be doing. We must find the TRUE God. ♥️

Thank you very much dear friend 🙂
Sorry that I write just now, but I right not discovered that some of my comments landed into my spam directory.
Thank you also for all the links provided 🙂
Each one of us is unique and has to find this unique connection with God – I can speak for myself: I have found it and have also love for everyone,
no matter if this person believes in God or not. On this spiritual way there is only one way to find out the truth: “To get to know ourselves” or
as the Masters speak of: “Man know thyself” – you yourself have to find the truth – I cannot find it for you. No intellectual wrestling can change this –
we could speak and discuss endless about it – but you have to find yourself: – the real truth, the real God in you. Own experiences cannot be transfered, they
must be lived by oneself…
Kirpal Sagar is as I said a good example how peacefully people can live together – it is not mere theory – but it is the living practice.
So thank you dear friend and good journey on your path. May you find what you are searching for… May God bless you.

My dear Alica,
I feel much honoured to be nominated for the sunshine-bogger-award-2019 – however, my friend, I have given up to participate in awards already almost 2 years ago since I had received very many of them and think that it is good that other may now be given this opportunity, these honourable awards.
Anyway, dear friend, have my thankfulness and appreciation.

My dear Ilona,
The link below explains a bit what spirituality is:
http://spirituality.unity-of-man.org/en/spirituality.html
In a few words, it is the ability to dive into our own being, analyze us and get to know the mind, how it works, become more conscious in the process of: “Man know thyself” – the strange thing is that we all think we know ourselves best, however, we are still blind, we do not know us in the proper way. Many times we just react, instead of act, we follow blindly the whole spectrum of our mind: anger, happiness, greed, joy, attachment, detachment, hate and love and change these colours like a chameleon.
Thank you my friend, your words are encouring and very kind 🙂
From heart to heart

Dear Ilona,
When I was young I also suffered from it, I was between a dream and awake and could not move any finger, I was paralyzed too – it was always a very bad condition and my heartbeat was running like anything when I fianlly succeeded to wake up or to come out of this condition which I called awake-sleep-condtion. Over the years it became better and better. Nowadays it is very very seldom that I come into this condtion. I found out that when I did not have enough sleep, when I was stressed – then it happened more often. So I know what you have to go through, dear Ilona. This condition is not so seldom, also my friend suffered from it. It could also be that it is a lack of oxigen that overnight we could use a kind of mask that gives us more oxigen.
Hope you will not suffer from it too much.
All the best my friend

Welcome, dear Ilona 🙂
Spirituality is indeed something else, sometimes it is mixed with spiritism, with ghosts and the like.
In the advancing years it will go away or nearly go away.
May God bless you and may you overcome such scaring condition.
All the best, my friend

Dear Ilona,
When this is your real wish, then you are a seeker of the truth. If you like, I can give you some hints and small advices, to start to read with some books written by very great wise men. They infact have given a living example with their life, how to live in this world, be it Christ, Buddha, Kabir, Guru Nanak, Baba Jaimal Singh, Sant Kirpal Singh, Maulana Rumi, Shamze e Tabrez etc. – they all followed the same teaching: of inner light and sound.
If you like you can start reading this book: after this book take your time to digest it, when you are still interested I will send more books suggestions what to read (you will learn a lot and will progress on the path of spirituality) – here is the first link:
https://www.kirpalsingh-teachings.org/images/pdf/KirpalSingh_BabaJaimalSingh.pdf
Wishing you a good reading and a good digestion of it.
Whenever you have any questions I will do my best to answer it, if possible.
Take care, my friend 🙂

Dear Ilona,
Sometimes, when our mood is changing, we feel down and other days happy, like a roller coaster: up and down with our feelings, then we have things in us which we have not worked out properly, then our thoughts often drift backwards to the past, try to understand situations, rewind them again and again and feel sad and disappointed when life has offered us “bad medicine” – however, it is good, if this is the case, to let loose, to let go past things which we cannot change anymore – of course we can learn from our past why things happened like this in connections with friends and relatives – our mind is then caputured wandering back and forward and an inner fight takes place – look forward my friend, look in the presence as past and future are mere dragons which try to catch our attention. Start enjoying the little things and keep your attention it in thankfulness – later we will understand why this or that happened, but it takes time and is a matter of inner progess and development – in us, my friend, is ego and mind working and even if we appear not to be touched by it – we can be sure that we are still under control of ego and mind…
I wish you much yearning for the truth, in order to solve one day the riddle of death and life… our aim is: to find our real Home…
Love and light to you, dear friend -let sunshine enter your heart 🙂
A warm hug
Didi

Yes, dear Ianus and during 2 major World Conferences over there with different representatives from various religions it has proved and shown that they can live to gether in co-existence. It is also necessary for us to understand that names we give to describe things cannot really explain those things as they put the whole into fragments, drawn by borders (we create ourselves in our mind) – how can the river describe the Ocean… only very limited… So the “Nameless” has many names…and yet no name has the right to claim to be right…
Thank you, dear Ianus 🙂
Have a great time
