The Get To Know Me Tag

My fellow blogger, Carly, tagged me for: “The Get to Know Me Tag.”
Thank you dear Carly 🙂

What are my strengths?
Spirituality, openness, humour, kindness, helpfulness

What are my short term goals?
To keep the terms short LOL
To improve my health condition

What are my long term goals?
To develop and practice more humanity; to live and do for others (not to fulfil their wishes, but to help poor and needy people). For this I am traveling at least one time in the year to India helping to build up the great project “Kirpal Sagar”, to develop spiritually, mentally, intellectually, and to understand more and more the functioning of our own mind.

Who matters the most to me?
My Master Sant Kirpal Singh Ji, Dr. Harbhajan Singh, Biji Surinder Kaur in which God Himself was working in them as His tool, mouthpiece. They did not have any personal wish anymore, they were living examples for the whole of mankind and gave their last drops of blood to share the universal teaching of God and lived and did for others in this way.

What am I ashamed of?
If I see mistakes in others, but not in me. If I would see my own mistakes with full attention, I would no longer see the mistakes in others…

What do I like to do for fun?
As I love nature very much, I often go on trekking tours, sleep near a lake in the forest and feel deeply connected and united with nature.

What new activities am I willing to try?
As I already have many activities, there is no time left for new activities, my hobbies make me happy and keep me busy.

What am I worried about?
About the world – about mankind – where is it going to? I wish man would become more conscious, develop more love and respect, and grant our children and grandchildren a world of harmony and understanding.

What are my values?
Faith, trust, love, peace, honesty, spirituality, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, creativity, helpfulness
Pushing beyond my own limits

If I had one wish, it would be…?
My Master asked His disciple Dr. Harbhajan, if he has a wish. Dr. Harbhajan answered: “Master, I have never had a wish, now I have one: That your mission will spread around the world and that a big awakening will come” Sant Kirpal Singh answered: “Such a good wish no one has had so far – you wish will be fulfilled and a time will come when a spiritual revolution, like wild-fire, will go around the world and no one can extinguish it…” – So I bow down to this wish too and join it…

Where do I feel the safest?
Everywhere, as everywhere the God-power, Christ-power, Guru- or Master-power is with me. There is no place where there is no God and my trust and faith is in Him.

What or who gives me comfort?
To join spiritual meetings, called “Satsang” in which I get to know more and more about the inner depths of our being, of ourselves… As the God-power is working in me – it gives me comfort and lessons to develop on the spiritual path.

If I was afraid, I would…?
I think at once of my Master Sant Kirpal Singh Ji, “The WORD coming into flesh-power” – He is the lion who protects His children…

What is my proudest accomplishment?
When I could experience the competency of my Master

Am I a night owl or early bird?
I am an early bird but often go also late to bed.

What does my inner critic tell me?
That I am not yet there, where I want to be.

What do I do to show my self, self-care?
Exercising Surat Shabd Yoga and meditation – it is the oldest and most natural Yoga based on the Light and Sound-principle. In churches, temples, mosques, synagogues, and gurdwaras, light is shared in form of candle-light, the sound is shared in different instruments (bell, gong, etc.) they are the outer symbols of the inner symbols: of light and sound. In the Bible we have: Matthew 6:22 “The eye is the lamp of the body. The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light…”
My hobbies: Reading chosen spiritual books, especially from Sant Kirpal Singh, Baba Jaimal Singh, Rumi, Kabir and more as well as Holy Scriptures from different religions and books about ancient cultures, trekking tours, travelling, writing poems and aphorisms, creating videos and digital art, genealogy, graphology, listening to relaxing and classic music and languages.

Am I an introvert or extrovert?
Rather extrovert I would say, however, I like also to be absorbed in myself, self-centered.

What am I passionate about?
Spirituality, “Man know thyself”.

What do my dreams tell me?
Sometimes I have visions and get to know some messages. Thinking about them, they give hints on my path.

What is my favourite non-fiction book?
Dialogues of Kabir, Crown of Life, Mystery of death, Morning Talks, What is spirituality, God-man, Anurak Sagar and more.

What is my favourite fiction book?
Perry Rhodan

What is my favourite movie?
Doctor Zhivago, Gandhi, Contact.

What is my favourite band?
Genesis with Peter Gabriel

What is my favourite food?
All kinds of vegetarian food (lacto and vegan).

What is my favourite colour?

What am I grateful for?
That my Master has accepted me as His disciple
