Higher than Salvation

As long as we want to be rewarded
For our good deeds
Salvation is far

As long as we think
That we have done something
Salvation is far

As long as we judge others
In the game of better and higher
Salvation is far

As long as we are after salvation
Humbleness cannot enter our hearts
Ego is still near

When we are ready even to sacrifice our life
To live and do for God
God, salvation is near

When salvation is not the first goal
But to be always with our Father, with Him
The gate of eternity, of light, and love opens…

We lose ego, we find Him…

No automatic prayer

Mostly our prayers are wishes
We want this and that
For ourselves and others

Have we forgotten
That God knows our hearts?

If we surrender to Him
Through and through
He takes seat in us

He becomes the Doer in us
While our ego slowly disappears

However, we play with the world
Are not really honest towards ourselves
Accept only what we want

He lives in us
And we live in Him

Our prayers become thoughtless
Connected with Him and wishless
Based on trust and surrender

A matter from heart to heart…

Our ego holds us tight
As long as we are the doers

Only when our doings are merged in His will
We are free from the bondage of the ego….

Our ego thinks, it is the doer

The wave thinks it is moving
Out of itself
However, thousands of other waves
Set the direction
Due to the will
Of the eternal Ocean
The force of myriads of waves

We think we move
But it is the Ocean in us
That moves us
Which is doing in us
Not the ego

We are all small waves depending on each other…

Is a life in duality
Shadow of eternity
Illusion, misguiding Maya

Ego is the doer of the shadow-world…

The only Doer is the Doer of the Ocean
