Human beings

We wear the dress
Of a woman or a man
Our characters may differ
The colours of our skin
The language we use
The country we live in
The label of our religions
The faith we belong to

But we all laugh and cry
Are born the same way
All have to leave this world
Have feelings and emotions
Are all directed by our mind
Have a human shape
Are all of the same kind
With life in every heart

So let’s not see
The difference that separates us
But let us see
What all unites us:
We all are Human Beings

From this common denominator
We can treat us humanely.
From man to man…

Time for the curtain to fall
Of seeing us – “differently”…

We are all ONE
Made of the same essence…
