The purpose of meditation

Blessed are those who meditate for the love of God.

Nowadays, meditation is done like breakfast is taken. Some people meditate to fulfill their wishes, some meditate for peace of mind. Some people meditate to gain riches in the world, name, and fame. Some people do it only for the building of the body, to get rid of the diseases. Some people make a show of their meditation, there are mesmerism, spiritism, spiritualism, there are hundreds of branches out of it and they have nothing to do with spirituality, on the contrary, they are dangerous traps for the soul. Some meditate to acquire supernatural powers, some meditate to influence others, and some people meditate for salvation. With these aims, however, one stays on the level of mind and cannot reach the plane of consciousness. There are thousand ways of meditation, which will not take us anywhere.

Better not to meditate than to meditate in the wrong way

To meditate only with the help of mind, to meditate to fulfill wishes, is a death trap for the soul. The astral plane is fully controlled by the negative power and is open for everybody. The experiences given by the self-styled “masters” are merely astral experiences. If you want to go to the astral plane, you do not even need a master, because the mind itself will take you there. In any way you will come there into the clutch of the negative power, you will lose your free will, your consciousness, and discrimination power, and you will be further bound in the net of transmigration.

So it is of great importance to find out what is that meditation, which will transcend us above the body consciousness and take us back to home eternal. Which is that meditation, which provides us the Water of Life and Bread of Life?

The subject meditation is directly connected with the purpose of human life, the development of the consciousness – the soul or spirit in man. The highest aim of life is self-realization and God-realization. But who meditates out of yearning and love for God?

To meditate without competent guidance, to perform yoga practices and to go into the chakras and use the Kundalini-power means to get lost in the astral and causal plane

Those who stress at the place between and behind the eyebrows and try to meditate by themselves, or practice various yogas, go into the chakras and enter into the astral plane. The chakras are controlled by astral forces that reveal themselves as gods and goddesses or angles. They are not conscious and of no help to man since they do not know the Father. They are of no use. They can only fulfil your wishes.

Many people go down into the body, their Kundalini-power opens and, coming from the spine, it rises from behind to the top of the head. The light and sound one experiences there is negative, it has nothing to do with the experience given by a competent Master.

Be warmly greeted from Kirpal Sagar

Watcher of life

Outside all is changing
Whirls of passing times
Bubbles of coming and going
Morphing moments

Inside all seems the same
Carries my being along the time
Knowing to know
It is me, center of my Self

May be a bit wiser
Through walking experiences
Fragrance of knowledge
That clings to my Self

While the world turns
Faster and faster
A carousel of changing moments
Infuses its magic

My Self in the eye
Of Noting and All
Surrounded by a storm
Of a kaleidoscopic illusion…

Implosion of you and me

As soon born
A line was drawn
Border between
You and me

Mirror broken
Fragments flying around
Separating time and space
Birth of death and life

Thoughts draw lines
Contours of words
Wandering deeds
On a picturesque stage

Everything seems separate
Like pearls on a bead
Conscious fractures
Between me and the world

Everything moves outwardly
To cement lost pieces
Endless searching
Happiness in vain

But inside rests the answer
To find oneself
Unattached to the world:
Big-bang of life, consciousness

Reverse: Implosion of fragments
Restoring the mirror – Picture
Of you and me
Without lines, contours

Formless, timeless
Closed in itself
Eternal happiness
Radiant love

Dreaming life

We dream our life
In all facets
Spin the thread
Multi-dimensionally

Immerse in the depth
Dream we are awake
Stumble over Illusions
Grasping void

Take us by our hands
Dreaming life together
Virtual matrix
Fed and shadowy life

We enter spaces
Whole Universes
Lose us in echos
On the pulse of time

Separate our being
To taste unique life
Experience happiness
In endless wishes

Chained to attachments
We carry heavy loads
Fall victim to them
Deceptive promises

Deeply we sleep in this world
Not knowing we are sleeping
We dream our life
To be alive

Time to be awake
To leave own reflection
Shadow matrix
To live real life

Ships of life

We steer our lives
Along by friend-ship
Discover comrade-ship
Foster fellow-ship

Perceive battel-ships
Dispute over owner-ships
Anchored to dictator-ships
Where people take on hard-ships

Waves crashing against our ship
Between censor-ship and freedom
Take part in the champion-ship
Of the apprentice-ship of sailing lives

One day our ship will reach the port
Where harmony and love reign
Between man and man: partnership
Ship’s name: Relation Ship

From one to One

We spin our dream
The thread of reality
Not knowing – it is a dream

We have to spin the thread
Of awakening, of consciousness
To wake up in Oneness

Into the One
Who is dreaming us
In His self-realization

To cast off – separation
Ego and mind
To live love in Oneness…

Alchemy: love

Love, a golden light
A shining star
Glowing warmth
Bringer of gifts

Space is its bow
Time its arrow
Whatever it hits with light
Turns into gold

Leaves traces in the heart
A smile on the lips
Caught in light, pure happiness
Eternal bliss

Embraced in sweet delight
Locked hearts to open
To pour its light into vessels
Of feelings and emotions

Two hearts hit, now ponder in sync
In golden light
Like a shining star
Torchbearer of love and light…

Crazy attached to pieces
Life in mirrors
Broken in fragments

All in One
Egoless giving
Compassionate Oneness

Worldly life conditioned

While divine light
Lives in service thankfully

Wave of time

Like sparkling light
We surf on waves
Meeting, greeting people
On the sea of life

Storms may shake us
Make afraid us
But when the night has passed
All forgotten fast

Waves taste shores and islands
A noisy journey, seldom silence
And while all is on the go
Age is coming on tiptoe

Wind of time set sail
Crosses our trail
Drags us here and there
Demands its share

Inhales life to make us change
From young to old
In order to arrange
Moments to unfold

Moments in return
Breath of time
Has one concern
Life to climb

Quote: God is His own Devotee and Master at the same time

On the photo: Sant Kirpal Singh Ji

Kabir (Hindi: कबीर, IAST: Kabīr was a 15th-century Indian mystic poet and Saint, whose writings influenced Hinduism’s Bhakti movement and his verses are found in Sikhism’s scripture Adi Granth. His early life was in a Muslim family, but he was strongly influenced by his teacher, the Hindu bhakti leader Ramananda. He is also called the Father of spirituality as He came in all four yugas

Kabir Sahib tells His own story when He says, “I came in all four ages – in Satyug (Golden Age) my name was Satsukrat, in Tretayug (Silver Age) my name was Karunamae. When I came in Dvarparyug (Copper Age) my name was Maninder, in Kalyug (Iron Age) my name is Kabir.” In all four Ages He told the people of Naam’s greatness.

Two very interesting spiritual books by Kabir I would like to recommend:  The Anurag Sagar of Kabir and the Dialogues of  Kabir – For those being more interlectual and interested in spirituality, these are just the right books…

One Consciousness

We all are a sunbeam
Light of the divine sun
Each of us experiencing
Our own being
Consciousness that we are
Aware to be

Cogito ergo sum

I am, because I am
But I am not I
I am His sunbeam
Part of His Ocean

Source  that we all are from
Our consciousness to be
Is the sun of divinity
In which we are all connected
Shine like living stars

Life is not life
And death, not death
It is a wordless transition
A moveless moving
Light that returns into the sun
Into the lap of our Home

Life: weaving dreams

Life creates, unites, renews
Flows into the abyys: night
Returns: in dawn of light
Like breathing waves washed ashore:
Coming and going, day and night

Life unites, renews
Gathers prepared spirits
A journey on the rope
Of time and space
Morphing dance

Life renews
Dies and lives
Between moments
Weaves the dream
Of being

Dreams split
Give birth to
Breaking senses
Separate awareness
Opens vistas

Collective dreams
Life and death
Beyond time and space
Silence in eternity
Release: – reality, duality…

Spins the thread Illusion…

Analogy

Where time is
Is space
Where space is
Is time
Is time infinitive
Space is infinitive
Is time same as space
Space is same as time

And what am i?
A time-space…

Where life is
Is death
Where death is
Is life
Is life growing infinitely
Death is growing infinitely
Is death same as life
Life is same as death

And what am i?
Dead-living, living-dead?
A wordless word?
Thoughtless thought?

I am the time
Because I am living and dying
I am the space
Because I am the time

I am a living-dying time-space
A wordless word
A thoughtless thought

Life: Ocean of transformation

All is moving
Along a long street
Of changing moments
Changing life forms

Islands of transitions
Time-eating processes
Devoured in itself
In front of the eye of Now

Living bubbles burst
In the ocean life
Arise and burst in cycles
Breath of eternity

Transitory bridges in-between
Spectral colours show the way
Metaphysical masks with streching hands
To reach the golden light

Divine waves roll
At the banks of time
Flow in magic forms
A dance of life and death

Spirit rises with the dust
Puts off the coat of matter
Light and love everywhere
Flowing music through the heart

Stillstand – silence – united
Embracing consciousness
Splitting dust to dust
Spirit to spirit…

Yearning of the soul

Kirpal Sagar

Following text about yearning of the soul can be read here:

http://spirituality.unity-of-man.org/en/spirituality/god-spirit-and-soul/59-yearning-of-the-soul.html

Yearning of the soul

“O God, Your attention reaches far and wide, everywhere.
Millions of souls are longing for Your blessing – they are standing at Your door to get Your Naam.
But You give Naam only to those who love God from the core of their heart.”

All the disciple needs he can get just by surrendering fully at the feet of the Master. When the disciple surrenders to Him, Master is happy, for He sees: “My child who was sent into the world with many promises and got lost in the fair of the world, has now returned to me.” Then, full of joy, the Masterpower takes the child to the place where His work is done so that the child may get further lessons. That is called Satsang. Through His word and blessing He dyes the soul in His own colour so that it may never leave Him again, for Master wants to keep His child close to Him. The soul then knows, “My Father is highest in the whole universe, no one is equal to Him!”

When the soul gets these blessings, the disciple prays, “O Master, take away from me lust, anger, greed, attachment, and ego and give me the real life. I want to live at Your feet forever!” Inside, reaching at the gate to His throne, the soul recognizes Master’s abode as the treasure of Naam. Seeing Him distributing this treasure, the soul says, “Master generously distributes this unique treasure of Naam. I need this blessing from Him to cross the ocean of life.”

Weeping the soul begs, “O Master, do not leave me! If You are with me, all troubles and sorrows are gone and all attachments to the world are cut off. Under Your shelter and protection alone I can live, otherwise I am in the grip of the five thieves. When You are with me, the five thieves run away. Keep my face always turned to You! You have granted me Your help again and again, so I can overcome all those problems.” The soul further cries, “How great a burden You took on Your shoulders, how great the power You give us to cross the barriers! Without Your help we could hardly ever reach Your heart. Grant me the grace to sit under the shade of that tree (of Your grace) or plant this tree in front of my house. Branches and leaves of this tree should be made of truth, so that I may relish its fruits.” I am crying before You on behalf of myself, beseeching You not to send me into the wheel of life again.” A doctor can only be called who knows about the patient’s suffering. The soul says, “Take away from me lust, anger, greed, attachment, and ego, and give me the knowledge of Brahm (which cannot be gained unless one lives a pure life) and Bhakti (devotion to the Master). All that lies in Your hand.”

The soul knows that if the disciple has attained this knowledge and gets Master’s attention, even the gods and goddesses bow down before him. The soul says, “O God, Your attention reaches far and wide, everywhere. Millions of souls are longing for Your blessing – they are standing at Your door to get Your Naam. But You give Naam only to those who love God from the core of their heart.

Something beyond…

Time moves the space
Space defines time
Creates living bubbles
Between birth and death

Movement in the change
A holographic cage
Projected life
Morphing drive

Bubbles expanded, blow up
Lose their time, their space
Sink in stillstand, silence
Journey of consciousness

One which is One
Beyond life and death
Beginning and ending
Stops dreaming, awakes…
