Endorsed with pride and ego

If we cannot distinguish properly,
we blindly rush towards imaginary goals,
with ignorance as our roadmap in our pocket,
which we still endorse with pride and ego.

We bare our teeth when someone catches us out,
eventually degenerating into dogmatism,
defending our ‘truth’ like a wild animal,
attacking with aggressivity, lost in mind.

Above separation and duality

As long as we are coloured by our ego,
we cannot truly hear
the inner voice that wants to make us aware
to be above separation and duality.

So when unable to hear,
one cannot understand.
