    Hey definitely agree with this I remember when I would do job interviews my bosses would ask what is your strength and weakness. Everytime I got to the question of what is your weakness I would say my strength is also my weakness. My strength is that I observe well and I have a meek demeanor about me. While people like that I am observant they also see this as a sign of weakness because being a introverted person and observant but having a meek spirit people definitely feel as if they can manipulate you and pull a fast one on you. They take meekness for being dumb, timid, not leader material and a push over. But anyway great post I agree with this. Sometimes those things that are out greatest strength can be our weakness as well.
