Chaos versus Reasoning

When life has no meaning,
everything is pure chance,
is born out of chaos,
then why is everything subject
to the principle of cause and effect,
why then do we try to deal with nonsense
with the help of sense and logic?
Doesn’t this explanation of meaning reveal:
to justify it with nonsense,
thus to be an enormous nonsense itself,
to explain disorder by order,
to interpret chance through non-coincidence?

So please: If we want to do justice to chaos,
then only through chaotic thinking
because everything is chaotic – isn’t it?
And this thinking is for real –
chaotic, controverse, paradox,
because we can’t really think chaotically,
unless chaotically…

Chaos cannot contain reasoning…

Our life – a mirror

Our life is like a mirror;
When we look into it,
we only see the reflection,
but don’t really see our Selves,
because we look at everything from the outside,
not from the inside.

Pioneering decision-containing Pyramid

We could have had different lives,
millions and millions of it,
if we always had made different decisions,
went through different choices.
These sleeping possibilities are in us
Yet the living moment
is the summit of all those past decisions,
of this instant growing pyramid.

This is how we stand on our heads
of our own decisions
with the key in our hand
to open new doors
by leaving myriads of gates unopened –
a tightrope walk,
juggles with possibilities,
consciously or unconsciously.

Same source but different

Life and Death

Death and life are both
a form of being
or non-being.
An inexpressible something
that has no words.
As we are captured
on one side or the other…
