Truth swept under the carpet

How often do we deny the truth
Burry it under the carpet
Want to delete it
Feel personally touched, attacked
Because we are afraid
It might be true…

Empty Phrases

There are often worlds between words and deeds.
Yesterday still lifted into the sky
Today the cloak of friendship thrown off
With feelings in the wind escaped

Words that sounded credibly faded away
Broken into pieces, lost their validity
On the parquet of unsteadiness
Turning away from friendliness, kindness

Those flattering words echo in the memory
Sounds from afar of moments past
Leaving stars burnt out
Empty phrases, words without content

Shall we believe in flattering words?
Those that turn in the wind?
Lose their content, are forgotten easily?
Those which praised us yesterday and curse us today?

Man promises much and says a lot
Within the turning of his kaleidoscopic feelings
To change his credibility in the wheel of time
Dissolved into punishing silence

Only the language of the heart remains constant
That of the mind is subject to change…

A leaf in the wind…

Play with feelings

We watch films of all kinds
Are moved to tears
Take party for the good guys
Drop us in the film

The old game: good against bad
Fight violence with violence
In the armchair of the good guys
Are directed by hate and controlled by love

We are sitting in the first row
Experience films first hand
Walk in feelings
Are one with the film

As a detective, as a lover, as a dramatist
As a researcher, a comedian, a politician
Are intoxicated, identified
Diving into virtual experiences

Forgotten thereby: reality…

Language of the heart

Is understood by everyone
Doesn’t need words
Memories return
Wake up feelings
On the grave
Of burried times
Bridge of past till now
Heart is beating
Communicating
Releasing a smile
Into the presence
Thankfulness is there
Nothing forgotten
Embraced moments
Love alive

Do not think evil of others – by Sant Kirpal Singh

An excerpt from the book: “Morning Talks” – by Sant Kirpal Singh

Once Akbar, who was a great Emperor of India, was told by his minister that thoughts were very potent and that great care should be taken in what we think of others. Akbar asked his minister how he knew this. The minister said, “All right, I will give you a concrete example. Let us go outside.” So both of them went outside and they saw one man coming towards them at a distance of a few furlongs. The minister said to the king, “Look here, just think something about this man in your mind and when he comes near, you might ask him what crossed his mind at that time. You are only to look and think.” The king thought in his mind that this man should be shot. The man approached the king and the king asked him, “When you saw my face, what thoughts crossed your mind?” The man said, “Emperor, excuse me, but I thought that I should beat you with my fists and break your head.” So thoughts are very potent. If you think evil of others, the other man will react. You should be careful how you speak to people. If you speak ill to another and say “You are a fool” and things like that, or if somebody calls you a name and you react in the same way, what is the result? There will be a flare-up. A man calls you once, twice and that results in a fight. This is by words, their very root is the thought. A man speaks out of the abundance of his heart. Whatever is lying there, those things take the form of words, then words lead to fighting. So don’t hurt the feelings of others, in thought, word or deed.

Music in the heart

Music touches the string
Of all hearts listening
Makes bodies tremble
Pouring out emotions

Invisible hands reach each other
Get together,feel together
A flow of dancing sound
Beyond borders, differences

Language of music
Sound of Light
Shining on people
Connecting blood

Rhythm of Oneness
Without words
Spectrum of feelings
Expressed in tears

Man is man
Not divided in tones, notes
Nor in colours or shapes
He is One – in Sound and music
