How can we save our world?

How can we save humanity and its cultural heritage?
How can we save Europe from further catastrophes?
Resentment causes hatred. And hatred leads to violence,
riots, and even war. Therefore…the consequence:
Tribulation and evil lead to new tribulation and evil.
If we are to resist the forces that threaten
intellectual and individual freedom,
we must be acutely aware of the fact
that freedom itself is on the line.
We must recognise how much we owe to the freedom
that our ancestors fought so hard for.
Without this freedom, there would have been no Shakespeare,
no Goethe, no Newton, no Faraday, no Pasteur, and no Lister.
