Yes, it is as political parties have the right to lever the law itself, the justice. Such decisions should be given into the hands of independent supreme judges, but this is difficult too – as it is difficult to be free from any symphathy and antiphathy, from any political meaning – just to judge according to facts – but it seems that political parties have even the right to decide what comes on the table and what not… – this can never be fair…
yes, a mess. Here in Australia, our govts corruption is unfolding alongside its poor treatment of welfare and the environment.
