Tenor of lies

Those who cannot recognise
fakes, lies and deceptions
do not have eyes or ears.
They follow the tenor
of lies and untruths
in their blind zeal.

On the world stage,
the actors show, more or less,
their “true faces”;
by skilfully concealing them
behind the web of their minds;
lies and fakes cover them up.

Twisted words and facts

The aggressor seeks someone to blame,
accuses others of attacking him,
in order to hide
the fact that he is the aggressor.

Typical of him:
he twists words around.

He can pretend as much as he likes
to distract attention from himself,
but his true nature reveals him.

What he accuses others of
is a product of his own mind,
his arrow hits himself.

He likes to mix truth with lies.

Submissive supporters

They do it to reap the rewards
and avoid any disadvantages.
Even when the wind changes direction,
they change with it.
When lies are told,
they lie along with them,
just so they don’t have to give up
their advantages, power and prestige.
They have no control,
stand under dependency,
because they are being controlled.
Their fear of failure, disloyalty,
to be fired,
is greater than honour and honesty,
which they willingly sacrifice.
They serve their superiors,
come what may,
having lost their power of decision.
They play their role
in the field of humanity
rather poorly than well,
as mask wearers.

We find them in all kinds of fields,
also within politics.

Consequences of ignorance

Ignorance leads to misunderstandings,
misunderstandings to disastrous consequences.

Unfortunately, we all have this shortcoming
in an age of disinformation, lies and fakes.

But everyone also knows deep inside
what is right and what is wrong.

Nethertheless, we follow what others say,
without checking – blindly.

Truth cannot be deceived.
Right understanding is wanted.
