… and first of all we have to learn who we are, who we really are, what is our Oneness, where to we come from and what is our real aim, purpose of our life – then all makes sense – this is meant with: first comes self-realisation and then God-realisation. This all can be achieved through through serious honest self-analysis, when we introspect why we do something, what is our intention, what are the motives that drive our mind – by doing this we become more aware and dive deeper into ourselves, the water becomes calmer, cleater and we will see our own reflection in the water – who we are, what we are, recognise all the tricks of our mind that controls our life… this is done with all humbleness and honour to the One, to the All-One to which we all belong…
