Trapped in the realm of the senses

We are pulled back and forth,
exposed to situations
in which we take sides
as so-called good people,
in situations on the battlefield
of good and evil,
without realising
how emotions are being teased out,
within the attitude of goodness and justice,
which influence us terribly,
trigger violence and hatred within us,
drag us there
where the good in us remains
only as an illusion
in truth leads us
into the trap of evil
because an eye for an eye,
a tooth for a tooth
has the same source…

A Happy New Year 2026

Dear friends all over the world – I wish you all a Happy, Healthy, Peaceful New Year. May 2026 be a peaceful year, with growing understanding and respect among peoples and nations, so that we all understand that we are first and foremost human beings and should treat each other as such.

We all share this one beautiful planet, and reason and insight should prevail over irrationality and hatred.

We should prove ourselves as human beings and not indulge in violence and discord like barbarians in the Middle Ages.

It is high time that humanity becomes conscious and faces the challenges of the world together.

Let us all begin to overcome strife, wars, discord, differences and divisions, for we are ONE humanity, not two, three or more.

We are: The Unity of Man.

Peace for the whole world, peace in all hearts!
