We trust our mind,
but it is our mind
that causes us countless difficulties.
Only when we lose
trust in our mind,
only then can the spiritual journey begin.
To this end, we must get to know ourselves,
our mind with all its motives and tricks,
through relentless self-analysis.
We are soul, not body and mind.

We are neither body nor mind,
we are soul, light and love.
However, mind says: “I love myself.”
Soul has no need to love itself,
as it is already love.
However, mind controls us,
is identified with itself,
is identified with matter,
even with the dress body it wears.
Self-Love is only another trick of our mind.
It is in fact: Ego-love.
Mind is always in need to defend itself…
